I’m Sukhi Gill, founder and CEO of Kartar Consulting Solutions. After over 20 years working for global corporate businesses within sales, I discovered my true passion — empowering SMEs and underrepresented businesses to access opportunities they deserve.
Our Purpose
Kartar Consulting Solutions is named after my grandfather, Kartar Singh, an SME in India who built and grew his farm through sheer hard work and resilience. He passed on his values to my father, Gurcharan Singh, who became a successful entrepreneur and community leader in London. Watching them taught me the courage, strength, and commitment it takes to build a business — and the importance of giving back.
Over the past year, I immersed myself in SME development, supplier diversity, and social mobility. I saw firsthand both the barriers and the incredible potential small businesses hold when given the right support and strategy.
